Molly Pennell LaFortune

Molly Pennell LaFortune, DNP, RN, CHPN, serves as the On-Call Team Lead and Admissions Coordinator at Hudson Valley Hospice since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Adjunct Faculty at the College of Our Lady of the Elms, Registered Nurse, Clinical Director, and QAPI Nurse at Hospice of the Fisher Home. Clinical experience also encompasses positions as a Registered Nurse at Highland Valley Elder Services and O'Connell Care at Home, as well as VNA Palliative RN Case Manager at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Elms College, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, complemented by an Associate's degree in Nursing from Berkshire Community College.
