Sarah Speck has over 12 years of experience in the fashion industry. Sarah began their career in 2008 as a Designer & Product Development for Brown Shoe Company. In 2012, they were recruited by Ariat International as a Product Category Manager & Brand Manager, where they supervised the development and growth of a fashion and equestrian footwear product line. In 2014, Sarah became the Owner & Creative Director of BATCH NO. 8, where they conceptualized and designed all product lines and collections. In 2015, they joined ARTERIORS Home as a Product Development & Channel Leader, where they worked closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic product development plans. Most recently, in 2020, Sarah joined Hudson Valley Lighting as Director | Product Strategy, Designer Partnerships, & Private Label, where they provide hands on leadership in hiring, training, supervising the Product Management team, and overseeing product lifecycle and related data.

Sarah Speck has a comprehensive education history. Sarah started their educational career in 2003 when they attended Washington University in St. Louis, where they earned a BFA in Fashion Design in 2007. Sarah then attended Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, where they earned an MBA in Business in 2010. In the same year, they also attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL for the Global Partnership Program. Finally, they attended Ars Sutoria School in 2010 to gain an introduction to Footwear Manufacturing Process.
