Connia Nelson

Connia Nelson is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Hudson RPO and as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Post University, Connia chairs the Compensation Committee and is involved with the Academic Committee, respectively. Previous positions include Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at LifeWay Christian Resources, along with various HR leadership roles at Verizon spanning 16 years. Connia holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana State University.
