Tom Bitudio

Tom Bitudio has a diverse work experience in talent sourcing and recruitment. Tom has held various roles in companies such as Hudson RPO, Macquarie Group, Transurban, Alexander Mann Solutions, UnionBank of the Philippines, and ONESOURCE.

In their most recent role at Hudson RPO, Tom served as the Head of Talent Sourcing for APAC, where they were responsible for developing and facilitating sourcing training sessions, identifying gaps in proactive sourcing targets, and spearheading a Sourcing Academy. Tom also held the position of Sourcing & Operations Manager, managing the operations of the Manila COE and providing advanced sourcing training.

At Transurban, Tom worked as a Senior Sourcing Specialist, supporting proactive sourcing, mapping, and research functions across the ANZ region.

During their time at Macquarie Group, Tom held multiple roles, including APAC Sourcing Team Lead, where they led sourcing teams and engaged in hands-on sourcing activities, and Principal Talent Sourcing Specialist, responsible for sourcing candidates across the APAC region and conducting training for recruitment and sourcing teams.

Tom also gained experience at Alexander Mann Solutions as a Senior Sourcing Specialist, and at UnionBank of the Philippines as a Talent Acquisition Officer.

Tom Bitudio earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Tech Recruitment from DevSkiller in December 2020 and in Sourcing Ninja - Level 10 from SocialTalent in July 2019.
