Currently serving as a QA Lead at Hudson's Bay since August 2022, Sweta has also held long-term positions at Tech Mahindra as a Quality Assurance Analyst since April 2014, and previously at Scotiabank, where roles included Quality Assurance Test Lead and Quality Assurance Team Lead. Additional experience includes a Quality Assurance Analyst position at ING Vysya Bank from October 2010 to September 2011. Sweta holds an MBA from ISB&M, Bangalore, earned between 2007 and 2009.
