Megan Weizel

Megan Weizel serves as the Managing Partner and Career Strategist at Salmela since February 2014, where the focus is on thoughtful candidate selection and swift client service. Additionally, Megan holds the position of Partner and VP of Search Operations at Hue, advocating for talent of color to enhance access to opportunities. Prior experience includes serving as Wellness Director at International Dairy Queen from 2003 to July 2013, where Megan created the company's first comprehensive wellness program and led initiatives that engaged over 350 employees across the US and Canada. As an International Project Manager, Megan managed multiple international territories, implementing strategic initiatives and translating materials for Latin American markets. Earlier in a self-employed capacity, Megan worked as a Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner, providing wellness consultation and organizing community wellness events. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature/Women's Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth, alongside certifications in wellness and CranioSacral therapy.
