Paisley Horn, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the tech and marketing sectors, with a significant tenure at Uber from August 2016 to July 2023. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, Paisley led a team of nine, specializing in diverse recruitment strategies across multiple disciplines, including MarTech and inclusive recruiting initiatives. Notably, Paisley launched and scaled the Black@Uber community in Seattle. Previous roles at Uber included Sr. Talent Acquisition Sourcing Recruiter, Technical Sourcing Recruiter, and Community Operations Manager, where leadership and high-volume recruitment efforts were key responsibilities. Earlier work experience includes positions at J.Crew and Massage Envy, complemented by a Vice Presidency at Enactus, and an education from Prairie View A&M University.
