Carla Garay has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT industry. Carla started their career at RCC as a Help Desk representative from March 2004 to March 2005. Carla then worked at Medicar S.A. as a Technical Support and Data Entry employee from April 2005 to April 2007. Carla then joined Apernet, where they served as an Analyst Testing / QA from April 2007 to June 2012. Carla worked at VEMN as an Analyst from July 2012 to May 2013. Carla then moved on to Grupo RHUO as a Functional Analyst, where they were involved in the analysis, coordination, and implementation of systems from June 2013 to October 2014. Carla later joined HUENEI IT SERVICES as an Analyst Functional focusing on requirements analysis and coordination from November 2014 to March 2017. Carla's last role at HUENEI IT SERVICES was as a Software Project Manager, responsible for project management and coordination from March 2017 onwards.

Carla Garay obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, specializing in Analysis and Functional Analysis, from Universidad Nacional de La Matanza. Carla attended the university from 1999 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Carla has also obtained additional certifications, including the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2018, and the Certified ScrumMaster® certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2018.
