Lucila Gonzalez

Lucila Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the field of talent development, learning and development, training, and IT recruiting. Lucila started their career as a intern in EXAL Corporation in 2014, gaining hands-on experience in human resources. Lucila then joined Yandiki | Creative Talent in the Cloud as an IT Recruiting Assistant, successfully recruiting and selecting over 50 profiles for various areas. Lucila later joined YEL Informática S.A. as an IT Recruiter, where they successfully recruited an average of 20 IT profiles monthly, including senior and managerial positions. Lucila also led the human capital area, implementing training and development programs based on performance indicators. After that, Lucila worked at Almundo as a Training & Talent professional, managing talent processes for all employees and delivering targeted training programs. Lucila also worked as an IT recruiter, handling multiple recruitment processes for IT positions. Lucila then moved to Ualá, where they led the learning & development process and was responsible for project implementation, performance tracking, and presenting metrics reports. Currently, Lucila is working at HUENEI IT SERVICES as a Talent & Development professional, designing development and training strategies to promote individual and team growth with a focus on leadership. Lucila also plays an active role in internal communication, ensuring effectiveness and fostering a collaborative and transparent environment.

Lucila Gonzalez completed their Licenciatura degree in Psicopedagogía from Universidad del Salvador, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they also pursued a Licenciatura degree in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general from the same university, from 2008 to 2011.
