Heiko Schulz-Andres has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Heiko started their career in 1989 at Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Krebstherapie e.V. as a Zivildienst/Konstruktionsingenieur. Heiko then moved on to Fichtel & Sachs AG in 1990, where they worked as a Projektleiter Kupplungsentwicklung until 1995. Heiko joined Hako-Werke GmbH & Co in 1995 as Leiter der Konstruktion Außenreinigung and remained there until 1999. Heiko then worked at ixetic GmbH from 1999 to 2009, holding the position of Leiter zentrale Vorentwicklung/Business Development R&D. Since 2009, Heiko has been with Huf Group, initially as Director Product Development - Processes Mechanics until 2017, and currently as Vice President Product Development - Central Function.

Heiko Schulz-Andres completed their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering / Maschinenbau at Ruhr University Bochum from 1983 to 1989.
