Marco Steger

Marco Steger is an experienced professional in system security architecture, currently serving as a Global System Security Architect at Huf Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Marco held the position of System Security Architect at NXP Semiconductors Austria, focusing on digital key solutions for future car access systems and working with various radio technologies. Marco's background includes research at the Virtual Vehicle Research Center, with expertise in wireless connectivity and automotive security, as well as a Diplomand role at BMW Group. Marco has also contributed to academia as a tutor at TU Graz and as a test engineer at B&R Industrial Automation. Marco holds a Dr.techn. and a Master of Science in Information and Computer Engineering from Technische Universität Graz and participated in a PhD exchange program at UNSW focusing on security in wireless and mobile networks.
