Maria Radu

Maria Radu is an experienced professional in software development and management, currently serving as an ASPICE Coach in Product Development at Huf Group since April 2023. Previously, Maria held the position of Domain Group Leader for the Intelligent Battery Sensor at HELLA, where responsibilities included team planning, mentoring, technical solutions, and support for ASPICE assessments. Maria also has experience as a SW Team Leader and Software Developer at Continental, with a focus on airbag systems, emphasizing software design and verification, as well as project management support for various audits and assessments. Early career roles include positions in software analysis at HELLA and software development at Continental Automotive Systems, alongside academic roles teaching programming languages at Universitatea "Tibiscus" Timisoara and Colegiul National "Grigore Moisil." Maria Radu holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from West University of Timisoara, obtained in 2002.
