Simona Benea

Simona Benea has extensive experience in human resources and digitalization, currently serving as the HR Digitalization Project Manager and Manager/Head of HR Romania at Huf Group since June 2006. Previous roles include Training Coordinator at Takata from 2004 to June 2006, Recruiter and Trainer at Mediasoft Arad from 2003 to 2004, and Recruiting Officer at Siemens VDO Automotive S.p.A. from 2000 to 2003. Simona holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from West University of Timisoara, as well as two Master's Degrees in Chemical Engineering from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara, obtained in 2000 and 1999, respectively.
