Alexandre Garrido has extensive experience in security and safety management, currently serving as the Director of Security and Safety & Business Continuity Manager at HUG - Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève since March 2017. Prior to this role, Alexandre held prominent positions within the United Nations from 2011 to March 2017, including Deputy Chief a.i. and Assistant Chief of the Security and Safety Service. Alexandre's career also includes roles at the Swiss Government from 2003 to 2011 as Head of Branch and Analyst, as well as experience in the Swiss Army as an MI Officer from 1994 to 2011. Alexandre holds two Master's degrees in International Relations and Affairs, obtained from IUHEID in Geneva and IRIS in Paris, and has completed studies at ETH Zürich.
