Lucia Jayez

Lucia Jayez is an experienced professional in operations and human resources with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Deputy Director of Operations at HUG - Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève since April 2020, Lucia has also held the position of Acting Director of Operations. Prior to this, roles included Head of Human Resources and HR Manager at the Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance, and HR Capability Development Manager with the International Committee of the Red Cross, where responsibilities included managing HR strategies and supporting various humanitarian missions. Earlier career experience as a Health Economist at CHUV involved economic analysis and project management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Capital Management and a Certificate in Change Management from IMD.
