Gino Nave

Gino Nave is a seasoned professional in motion design and art direction, currently serving as the Motion Design Lead at Huge since October 2019. Prior to this role, Gino worked as a freelancer from July 2017 to October 2019, providing art direction and motion design for clients such as BuildingConnected, Hero Digital, and the de Young Museum. Gino's experience also includes a tenure at Hero Digital, LLC from April 2016 to June 2017 as an Art Director and Motion Designer, collaborating with high-profile clients like Sephora and Technicolor. Gino spent over a decade at the Academy of Art University from March 2003 to January 2016, rising through the ranks to become the Director of the School of Web Design & New Media, where responsibilities included managing over 500 students, supervising a large instructional team, developing curriculum, and creating extensive video instructional content. Additionally, Gino held roles as Associate Director and Online Education Coordinator, significantly contributing to the academic structure and online offerings of the department.
