Lili Kovatchev is a seasoned program delivery leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and driving strategic growth initiatives. Currently serving as VP of Program Delivery, Global at Huge, Lili oversees a team of over 25 project managers and has been instrumental in Huge’s business transformation efforts. Previously, Lili held various leadership roles within Huge Canada, successfully achieving 40% year-over-year growth and enhancing delivery excellence. With a background in freelance consulting and project management across esteemed companies such as SapientNitro, Critical Mass, and OgilvyOne, Lili has demonstrated a strong capacity for managing complex digital projects and fostering diverse talent. Lili holds a Bachelor of Media, Information, and Technoculture from Western University and is a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
