Bram Vanroy

Bram Vanroy is an experienced researcher with a focus on computational creativity and natural language processing. Currently affiliated with the Dutch Language Institute and KU Leuven as a researcher on various projects, including TENACITY and SignON funded by Horizon 2020, Bram has also contributed as a core contributor at Hugging Face since 2020. Prior roles include post-doctoral and doctoral researcher positions at Universiteit Gent and KU Leuven, where Bram developed a machine translation evaluation platform and improved user interfaces for natural language processing tools. Bram holds a PhD in Translation Studies from Ghent University and multiple degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Linguistics from KU Leuven and HUB-KUBrussel.
