Kelli McVay

Kelli McVay has over 25 years of work experience in the fields of sales, dance, and entertainment. Kelli began their career in 1996 as the Principal Ballet Instructor at the North Andover School of Dance. In 2002, they joined The Longaberger Company as a Manager of Sales Training & Events, and held various roles including Social Media Administrator, Field Development Manager, Event Coordinator, and Entertainment Supervisor. In 2015, Kelli began working at Avon as a Circle of Excellence District Sales Manager. In 2016, they joined Beautycounter as the Regional Director of the Midwest. Most recently, in 2021, Kelli was appointed as the Regional Sales Director at Hugh & Grace.

Kelli McVay attended Newark High School from 1991 to 1995. Kelli then went on to Ohio Dominican University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from 2003 to 2009. Kelli has also taken courses on Coursera.
