Tanja Hawkinson has held a variety of roles in their career. Tanja began as an Owner/Painter at Sister's Quality Painting in 2001, where they were responsible for customer service, estimates/quotes, invoicing, quality assurance upon job completion, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, bank statement reconciliation, and payroll. Tanja also assisted with spraying, brushing, and rolling interiors and exteriors of homes and businesses. In 2003, they became a Licensed Real Estate Agent/Assistant at Simanek Management, Inc. In 2008, they began working as a Contract Specialist at Philips Healthcare, where they coordinated/administered all phases of service agreement quoting and worked closely with Account Managers, Service Sales, Inside Sales, and Zone personnel to meet established deadlines. In 2014, they became a Customer Coordinator at Tableau Software, where they served as a trusted advisor to the sales leadership team, customers, and partners on pricing, product configuration, and business terms to drive deal closure. Tanja also reviewed deals for accuracy, including contract terms, contract and billing information, pricing policies, and existing agreements. In 2016, they began working as an LV Independent Consultant at Rodan + Fields, and in 2021, they became a Direct Sales Specialist at Hugh & Grace.

Tanja Hawkinson obtained four certificates in 2012 from Leadership - Communication and Teamwork, Leading for Business Results - Managing Change, Management Fundamentals, and Managing Workforce Diversity. Tanja also obtained a Certificate of Completion from Steven Covey - Seven Habits of Highly Effective People in 2012. Tanja also holds a Lean Certified certification. Tanja is currently a student at DeVry University.
