Bridie O'Connell currently serves as the Assistant Fest Director at Salem Film Fest, focusing on strategic communications and event coordination, as well as financial management. Bridie holds the position of Vice President of Program Development for HOBY Youth Leadership in New Hampshire, emphasizing the enhancement of youth leadership programs. As Social Media Coordinator at 1623 Studios, Bridie leads digital platform strategy and audience engagement. Prior experience includes roles as an Information Specialist at Destination Salem, Producer and Associate Producer at LGND, and Creative Director for TEDxFoggyBottom. Bridie has a journalism degree from The George Washington University and has also studied abroad in journalism and film studies at Charles University.
