Michael Cavell serves as senior vice president of lease administration and audit at Hughes Marino. With 35 years of commercial real estate experience in lease compliance, administration, and audit, Michael brings an expert level knowledge of maintaining company databases and software platforms, reviewing and opining on lease documents, handling Operating Expense/NNN matters, resolving disputes, and managing lease audit to Hughes Marino clients.

Providing highly qualified experience in all these areas, Michael has served as an annual speaker and trainer at the National Retail Tenants Association conference, provided legal expert testimony in lease-related matters, streamlined company processes, and recovered nearly $200 Million dollars of overpayments from review and resolution of lease-related issues.
