Richa Goel has a diverse range of work experience in sales and marketing roles. Richa started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Aricent Technologies from July 2006 to June 2008. Richa then joined Dabur India Limited as a Summer Intern in April 2009. In May 2010, Richa joined KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited as an Associate Manager- Pre Sales and later transitioned to Associate Manager - Business Development, Enterprise Solutions from April 2012 to February 2013. Since March 2013, they have been working at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) and has held various positions. Richa started as an Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing from March 2013 until March 2015. From April 2015 to January 2021, they served as the Manager - Sales & Marketing, responsible for developing and executing business development plans and ensuring customer satisfaction. Currently, Richa holds the position of Director - Sales & Marketing at HSC, focusing on the company's services and SaaS products business in India and the Middle East.

Richa Goel completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical from Punjab Engineering College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Richa then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business (IB) with a specialization in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, attending from 2008 to 2010.
