Connor Hoeckele

Connor Hoeckele is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Materials Engineer III in Supplier Quality at Hughes since April 2025. Prior to this role, Connor worked as a Quality Project Manager at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing from June 2024 to April 2025, and as a Manufacturing and Technical Operations Engineer at Alcresta Therapeutics from March 2022 to June 2024. From May 2018 to March 2022, Connor held the position of Supplier Quality Engineer II at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. Additionally, Connor contributed as an Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from August 2018 to February 2022. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (2014-2018) and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, expected to be completed in December 2025.
