Dhruv Jaiswal

Dhruv Jaiswal is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in designing and deploying complex software solutions. Currently employed at Hughes as a Software Engineer MTS - 2 since July 2021, Dhruv has successfully optimized outroute traffic flow for Jupiter 3 and delivered key features for signal processing. Previous roles include software development at Lockheed Martin II, where a Natural Disaster Detection GUI was designed with a high accuracy rate, and positions at Penn State University as a Teaching Assistant and Technical Assistant, providing support and management for large classes. Dhruv's experience also encompasses a Software Development Co-op at Reflexis Systems, where retail workforce scheduling solutions were enhanced, and a Student Innovator role at Nittany Data Labs focusing on sentiment analysis and emotional trends in movie scripts.
