Momen Bahgat

Momen Bahgat is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Hughes since August 2021, Momen previously held the position of Director of SatCom Engineering at Gaia Technologies from December 2020 to August 2021. Momen also contributed to Thuraya Telecommunications Company as Manager of Gateway Development and head of the radio development section from October 2001 to August 2019. Earlier career experience includes working as a Switch Engineer at Lucent Technologies from February 1999 to October 2001. Momen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Ain Shams University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
