Karen Dockens

Karen Dockens has extensive work experience in the legal industry. karen began their career as a Paralegal at HughesWattersAskanase in April 2002 and worked in that role until September 2008. During their time at the company, they also assumed the role of Manager of Default Servicing and Perfect Practice Case Management Software. In January 2020, Karen was promoted to the position of Director of Operations at HughesWattersAskanase. Additionally, they served as the Treasurer of the Houston Association of Bankruptcy Paralegals from January 2009 to April 2013.

Karen Dockens attended Northwestern State University from 1992 to 1997, where they pursued a dual degree and obtained a Bachelor in Accounting. karen also studied Business Administration, specializing in Finance, and completed a Paralegal Certificate. Additionally, their coursework included a pre-law curriculum.
