Jay Michelson is a skilled technical specialist with diverse experience in the video and production industry. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist at Encore and as a Video Technician for both Flyspace Productions and Three Rivers Entertainment & Production since 2023, Jay has a solid background in various technical roles including work as a Camera Operator at Champion Video Production in July 2023. Previously, Jay gained extensive experience in customer service and operations management as an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks and as a Floor Manager at Yankee Candle. Jay's foundational experience includes security and operational roles at the Hoogland Center for the Arts and Valparaiso University Theatre Department, where responsibilities included safety, set design, and equipment setup. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Valparaiso University.
