Crystal Gocoul has a work experience that includes the following roles:

- Senior Key Account Manager at Hugo since January 2021.

- Brand Account Executive at Main Event Entertainment Group from July 2018 to September 2020.

- Lead Marketing Officer/Coordinator at Desnoes and Geddes Cooperative Credit Union from July 2016 to July 2018.

Crystal Gocoul obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from The University of the West Indies, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Crystal also holds additional certifications in Project Management from The University of the West Indies, which they obtained in June 2020, as well as The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage, obtained in April 2020. In addition, they obtained a certification in Event Planning and Management from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) in October 2017.
