Catherine Mele

Catherine Mele is an experienced professional in talent management and development, currently serving as an Expert Talent Management at HUGO BOSS since October 2022. Prior to this role, Catherine was a Learning and Development Manager at EnglishBusiness AG from May 2022 to October 2022, and a Training and Development Specialist at Christians Against Poverty between October 2019 and July 2021. Catherine also has experience as an Operations Manager at LCE from May 2016 to October 2019. Catherine holds a Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD, completed between 2020 and 2021, and earned a Master’s degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Bradford in 2016, following a Master of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Aberdeen, obtained in 2015.
