Dorothee Niebergall has held various strategic and managerial roles throughout their career. Dorothee started at EADS Ulm, handling project management in various functions. Dorothee then moved to Puma AG, focusing on international product management. Following that, they joined Kearney as a Manager, before progressing to Hugo Boss, where they assumed positions of increasing responsibility in the Group Strategy & Corporate Development department, culminating in their current role as Senior Vice President.
Dorothee Niebergall studied International Business Administration at Berufsakademie Villingen-Schwenningen from 2004 to 2007, earning a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (BA) degree. In 2005, they also briefly studied Economy at the University of South Wales. From 2008 to 2011, Dorothee attended ESCP Business School.
