Ulrich Wendeln

Ulrich Wendeln has extensive work experience in various companies, starting with an apprenticeship at DaimlerChrysler AG in 2001. Ulrich then held roles in several internships before moving on to work as a Senior Consultant at Towers Watson from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they served as the Head of Group Compensation & Benefits at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE from 2014 to 2017. Ulrich then moved to Fiducia & GAD IT AG as the Head of Compensation & Benefits and People Development from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Ulrich is working at HUGO BOSS, where they have held roles as the Head of Global Compensation, Analytics & Mobility, and Head of Global Rewards & HR Data.

Ulrich Wendeln completed their Diplom Kaufmann degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre / Business Administration at the University of Tübingen from 2003 to 2009. In 2006, they also participated in a study abroad program at UNSW. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Executive Coaching from Christopher Rauen GmbH.
