Firuzé French is an experienced strategist with a focus on content, channels, and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Strategist at Hugo & Cat since April 2018. With a background in B2C and healthcare, Firuzé engages customers through omnichannel strategies informed by customer experience (CX). Previous roles include managing accounts for Stanley Black & Decker, Sony, and reviti, where strategic and commercial insights into digital marketing were developed. Firuzé's experience also encompasses creative leadership positions at agent3 and Waggener Edstrom, as well as design roles at Bite Communications, Sarsaparilla Marketing Ltd, and others. Firuzé holds a BA (Hons) in Fashion Marketing & Promotion from the University for the Creative Arts.
