Jan Hlavica is a seasoned venture capital professional with a diverse background in startup investment and company building. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at META V&S since May 2020, Jan focuses on investing in and developing companies. Previously, Jan co-founded Twiner.cz, an innovative platform aimed at enhancing human interactions, and later exited the venture. Experience includes roles as a Board Observer at Runecast Solutions, an Associate at OPIFER Ventures managing partnerships and investments, and an Analyst scouting early-stage startups. Jan's early career began at Florida Institute of Technology, where skills in facility management were honed while pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration.
