Monika Sengul-Jones

Monika Sengul-Jones is a User Experience Writer at Microsoft since April 2022 and has been involved with the European Journalism Centre as a Writer since December 2020, focusing on original reporting and data journalism. Additionally, Monika serves as a Writing Instructor at Hugo House and previously held the position of Lecturer at the University of Washington. With a rich academic background, Monika earned a Doctorate from UC San Diego, alongside multiple degrees and certificates in Gender Studies, Visual Theory, and Front-End Web Development from renowned institutions. Professional experience includes project management roles at OCLC and the Wikimedia Foundation, as well as significant contributions to the Art+Feminism initiative.
