Jason Swofford

Jason Swofford has over 24 years of work experience in the engineering industry. Jason started their career at BakerRisk as an Engineer in Training from August 1996 to May 1998. Jason then joined Hugo Reed & Associates, Inc. in June 1998, where they held various roles including Engineer-in-Training from June 1998 to February 2001, Professional Engineer from February 2001 to May 2005, VP Engineering from May 2005 to October 2018, and currently serves as President since October 2018.

Jason Swofford received their Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 1990 to 1996.
