Craig Hillelson

Craig Hillelson has a long work experience history, beginning in 1998 when they worked as a Help Desk Engineer at The Juilliard School. In 2002, they began working at Apple in various roles, including Lead Mac Genius, Mac Genius, Keyholder, and Inventory Control Specialist. In 2007, they joined Control Group as Director of Operations, Field Engineering Manager, and Field Engineer. In 2015, they moved to Intersection Co. where they served as Director, Systems Engineering and Director of IT Services. In 2019, they worked at both Agio and POINT, as Associate Director, Service Delivery and Information Security Consultant respectively. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at hugoWREN Mac Consulting.

Craig Hillelson has a long history of educational accomplishments. Craig obtained a Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar from the University of Cincinnati between 1991 and 1996. Following that, they earned a Master of Music in Classical Guitar from The Juilliard School between 1996 and 1998. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Jamf Certified Tech in 2023, Jamf Certified Associate Exam - English in 2022, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in 2019, (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP) in 2019, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) in 2021, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate in 2020.
