Erik Plunkett

Erik Plunkett has a diverse work experience beginning in 2007 as an Intern Architect at Piper Zenk Architecture. Erik then transitioned to Quiznos in 2011 as a Design and Equipment Coordinator until October 2012. From December 2012, Erik joined HuHot Mongolian Grill, where they held roles as a Design & Construction Project Manager and later as the Director of Design & Construction starting in May 2014.
