Barış Kılıç

Barış Kılıç has over 25 years of work experience in various IT-related roles. Barış is currently working as the Head of Business IT, Flexible Packaging at Huhtamaki since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the IT Director at Elif Global from September 2019 to October 2022. Before that, they worked at Eczacıbaşı Tüketim Ürünleri as the Enterprise Applications Manager - Kurumsal Uygulamalar Müdürü from January 2015 to August 2019. Barış also has previous experience at Deloitte, where they held the positions of Manager from June 2011 to January 2015, Assistant Manager from June 2010 to June 2011, and Senior Consultant from January 2007 to June 2010. Their early career includes a role as an IS Consultant at ABB from November 1999 to October 2006 and an ERP Consultant at Bogazici Yazilim from October 1997 to November 1999.

Barış Kılıç attended Besiktas Ataturk Anatolian High School from 1987 to 1993, where they studied Science - Fen. Barış then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University from 1993 to 1997. In 2022, Kılıç enrolled in the Strategic Leadership Program at INSEAD. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained a COBIT Foundation certification from ISACA.
