Bürra Pekak

Bürra Pekak has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources, Türkiye at Huhtamaki since 2024. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional HR Manager at MM Packaging from 2012 to 2024. From 2008 to 2012, Bürra Pekak served as the Human Resources Director at Aktif Investment Bank AS. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at TEB from 2006 to 2008. Bürra Pekak also has experience as a Recruitment Group Manager at real, Hypermarket Chains/Metro Group AG from 2005 to 2005, and as a Performance Consultant at Humanitas/Garanti Bank from 2002 to 2005. Their career started as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist at ETİBANK A.Ş. from 2000 to 2002.

Bürra Pekak completed their undergraduate studies in Philosophy at Boğaziçi University from 1993 to 1999. Bürra then pursued further education and obtained a post-graduate degree in MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University between 2000 and 2002.
