Dr. Paul Collins

Dr. Paul Collins has extensive work experience in various roles related to sustainability, product development, and packaging. Dr. Paul is currently serving as the VP Sustainability, Product, Technologies, Operations at Huhtamaki, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PepsiCo, where they held multiple positions including R&D Packaging Director for European Snacks and Foods, and Director of Global Packaging Sustainability, Science & Technology - Foods. Dr. Paul'stenure at PepsiCo started in 2016 and ended in February 2023. Before joining PepsiCo, Dr. Collins worked at Moy Park Ltd as a Packaging Development Manager from January 2013 to June 2016. Dr. Paul'sprevious experience also includes working as a Senior Staff Engineer at Bombardier Aerospace from October 2008 to December 2012, and as the Head of Development at Bapco Closures from November 2005 to November 2008.

Dr. Paul Collins attended Grosvenor High School from 1987 to 1994. Dr. Paul then pursued their higher education at Queen's University Belfast from 1994 to 2001, where they earned a BEng. in Aeronautical Engineering and a Ph.D in Polymer Processing.
