Paulina Sairo

Paulina Sairo has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Paulina most recently worked at Huhtamaki as the Head of Compensation & Benefits. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager at the same company. Before joining Huhtamaki, they worked at OP Financial Group as a Compensation Benefits Manager for four years. Paulina was responsible for developing STI, LTI, and sales incentives plans, as well as being involved in financial market regulation and HR systems. Prior to that, they worked at Alexander Corporate Finance Oy as an Associate Director, where they designed share and cash-based LTI and STI programs for various Finnish companies and their subsidiaries. Paulina also worked as an Analyst at the same company before being promoted.

From 2001 to 2008, Paulina Sairo attended the University of Vaasa, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Studies. In 2001 and 2002, they also briefly attended Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, although the specific degree and field of study for this period are unknown.
