Carrie Pluchino

Carrie Pluchino is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as Vice President of HR and Compensation & Benefits at Yext since November 2021. In this role, Carrie leads a team focused on global compensation, health, welfare, wellness benefits, and equity initiatives, as well as HRIS and people analytics. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Director of Human Resources at Ogury and various leadership roles at Sizmek and Coach, where responsibilities spanned HR business partnerships and global supply chain operations. Carrie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Behavior from Kean University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
