Rahul Nene

Rahul Nene currently serves on the Advisory Committee for the India Plastics Pact and holds the position of Head of Sustainability at Huhtamaki. Previously, Rahul was the Head of Corporate Sustainability at Pidilite, where responsibilities included driving sustainability and ESG practices across numerous manufacturing and research sites, focusing on climate change risk assessments, ESG reporting, and circular economy initiatives. Rahul also has experience leading Environment, Health & Safety at ACT Fibernet and overseeing Sustainability, EHS, and Engineering functions at L'Oréal India. Educational qualifications include a leadership program at CEDEP, a Master's degree in Sustainability Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
