Tom de Voijs

Tom de Voijs currently serves as Manager bedrijfsvoering at Huis ter Leede since June 2024, overseeing all support services and managing multiple departments including HR, administration, and ICT. Prior to this role, Tom was with a.s.r. verzekeringen from February 2016 to June 2024, first as a (senior) Zorginkoper, responsible for the procurement of various healthcare services, and later as Manager Zorginkoop Primaire Zorg, leading a team focused on primary healthcare and mental health procurement. Tom's earlier experience includes roles as Consultant GGZ at Medicore, where responsibilities included implementing electronic patient records, and Marketingmanager at Stichting Groenhuysen, where marketing policies were developed. Tom also has experience in education as an HBO-Docent Marketing and has a solid academic background with a Master's degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Tilburg University.
