Suzi Archer

Suzi Archer possesses extensive experience in customer and employee experience leadership, currently serving as the Director of Customer and Employee Experience at Huler since December 2018 and as a CPOHQ Member since July 2021. Previous roles include serving as Head of Corporate Fundraising and Events at Douglas Macmillan Hospice, where key achievements included the Million Pound Milestone campaign and a significant increase in annual fundraising income. Suzi also has a background in various fundraising positions, including Fundraising Manager and Fundraiser, combined with volunteer leadership roles during university studies at Sheffield Hallam University, where a Bachelor of Science in Psychology was obtained. Additional experience includes work as a Care Assistant, showcasing a commitment to supporting diverse communities and individuals.
