Mark Nearney

Mark Nearney serves as the Assistant Director Neighbourhoods and Housing at Hull City Council since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Assistant Director of Housing and Infrastructure at North East Lincolnshire Council from May 2019 to July 2023. Mark's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Contracts, Investment and Compliance at Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council from July 2015 to May 2019. Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Business and an MSc in Construction Project Management from the University of Lincoln.
