Nicola Dimond

Nicola Dimond is the Vice President of Human Resources at Hull College since May 2022. Previously, she worked at Hotelcare for 8 years, holding various leadership roles including Director Compliance, Information, & People. Before that, she co-founded Sproot, a healthy food delivery company, and also held management positions at Sainsbury's. Nicola has a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from Kingston University. She is known for her expertise in HR management, compliance, and operational excellence.
