Joe Andre

Joe Andre is an experienced leader in asset management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Hull Street Energy, LLC since September 2025. Prior positions include Vice President at PROENERGY, overseeing Total Care Services and O&M Business Development from March 2023 to September 2025, and a series of roles at IHI Power Services Corp., including Vice President of Operations and Compliance from November 2018 to May 2022. Joe also held key positions at EthosEnergy and Worley, and started the career in maintenance consulting with ISG Global, following service as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Air Force from 2000 to 2004. Joe Andre holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix.
