Matt Auste

Matt Auste currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at Arden Group, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Matt held the role of Vice President of Asset Management at Diamond Realty Investments, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing joint venture partnerships and asset management activities for a diverse real estate portfolio valued over $11 billion. Prior experience includes leadership positions at WindMass Capital, PGIM Real Estate, Bank OZK, and Goldman Sachs, managing significant portfolios across various real estate asset classes. Matt's educational background includes multiple degrees from SMU Cox School of Business and Charles University, encompassing an MBA in Real Estate, Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship.
